Positive: ローケーションは最高です。Wynyard駅から歩くと坂道になりますが、重いスーツケースでなければ問題無く歩けます。
ホストのコミュニケーションも素早く対応して良かったです。
Negative: 繁華街にあるため、夜中の騒音が酷かったです。特に金曜日夜。Tha starやWildlefe動物園側から帰ってくると多くの酔っ払いがいます。
室内の備品は老朽化が進みつつあり、壊れていたりしているものもありました。

Positive: 部屋は清潔で虫もなし。小さい子供が遊べるマットスペースも用意されていてエアコン、シャワーも効きがいい。立地も駅からそこそこ近く、利便性は悪くない。
Negative: 週末にかけての深夜の騒音。海外のコンドミニアムあるあるで窓の密閉性が悪いので、レストラン街が近いため夜中に道で騒ぐ人や車のドリフト音などが聞こえて寝つきが悪かった。

Fantastic location and comfortable space.

Really nice, comfortable apartment.
The hosts were very responsive and helpful.
The single bed was in a tiny room (almost a cupboard) but my teenage son slept well in there and said the bed was comfortable. Just keep in mind, it is not really a space for another adult.
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

シドニーでは、安く泊まlお得感が良い。
Positive: 港のすぐそばにあり、どこに行くにも便利な場所です。
Negative: 2部屋のベッドルームでマスターベッドルームは良いが、もう一つの部屋がとても狭い。キッチンに、サラダの水切りのようなボールがあればもっと良い。
